Two people were about to depart on a journey named "In His Steps" . This all started one Saturday night, when a man named
Ed from Alabama and a lady named Nancy from Flordia attended a revival at a Church of God in Whitesbury,Georgia. Neither had met before,
although they attended a church in Peachtree City , Georgia at the same time.God`s plan for their lives was not yet ready. They had
to be tested and they sure were. Each had to go thru the fires of life ( "For you shall go thru the fire , But it will not consume
you") Each had a dream from early childhood to sing gospel music and of a ministry of helping people. In the year of 1999 two people
started their journey. After a couple of months they named the group "IN HIS STEPS" ( 1st Peter 2:21 ). They are blessed to have Jimmy
Mann travel some with them .Jimmy has a great solo voice and is featured sometimes at In His Steps concerts. Ed is
married to a great lady ,Bunny .She supports they in all they do for Jesus Christ. Ed and Nancy writes many of the popular songs
they are known for singing.
Ed and Nancy for the past 10 years have been blessed to sing and preach all over Alabama, Georgia and up the East Coast thru West Virginia. They`ve had several different people singing as part of the group, but are best known as the duet " Ed and Nancy / In His Steps." They are blessed to be National Recording Artist at Chapel Valley Studios in Sharps Chapel, Tenn., owned and operated by the Roarks. We appreciate all the great work and friendship we shared with Shane,Travis over the years. Ed is president of the Southland Gospel Music Association and is excited at what God is doing among the membership of SLGMA. "In His Steps" invites you to become a part of this great association.
